TThis book provides engineering students a solid grasp of control system fundamentals by emphasizing physical understanding and practical applications. The topical organization of the book starts with an initial exposure to Laplace transform theory and then deals with the topics of conventional control theory thereby ensuring an uninterrupted smooth fl ow throughout the text. An appendix on state space theory has been given in order to enable the student who is in pursuit of advance level courses in control theory and DSP not to have a diffidence of not doing it.
